Merry Motivator®

Model MW-MTV

Merry Motivator is a seated rolling walker to be used by any person who is unable to get from sit to stand and would require the assist of two people in order to walk. The Motivator replaces the use of geriatric chairs and recliners by offering to people the chance to foot pedal across the floor from a safe rolling walker. The Merry Motivator is height adjustable as the frame top chair is connected to the U-shaped bottom with a non-rotating pneumatic lift. Merry Motivator has four rotating twin wheel casters, two lock and two non-lock casters for ease of movement across the floor. The person is placed in the Merry Motivator, which has a narrow seat so that the person's buttocks will not overhang the rear of the device, in case of pressure ulcer involvement. The person is able to administer self-rehabilitation from the seated position to foot pedal across the floor rebuilding lower leg muscles, while pulling against the front cross arm, which will assist in rebuilding upper body strength. Replacement parts are also available (see below). The Merry Motivator comes complete as pictured.

Merry Traveler®

Model MW-MTRV

Merry Traveler is a reverse seated walker. The person is normally using a forward pushing walker with a seat, but is unable to sit down because the seat is not behind the person. Merry Traveler addresses this problem by providing a high seat behind the person as they walk. The person does not have to lock brakes, turn around and sit down on a low seated rolling walker. The seat height of the Merry Traveler is placed high so it is available for the person to just sit on, placed right under the buttocks of the person. Replacement parts are also available (see below). The Merry Traveler comes complete as pictured.
